Having closed his Fort Point restaurant Tavern Road last summer, chef Louis DiBiccari recently popped up again at Wink & Nod, the South End’s very successful restaurant incubator. His latest concept draws from an eclectic Mediterranean menu, with dishes like naked or protein-dressed variants of tahini hummus, raw and grilled seafood and fried, grilled and roasted meats, like a whole porchetta. Get there before his residency ends this fall.
