This band out of Berklee dropped a refreshing dance-funk album that positively oozes charisma—from its deep-grooving bass guitar licks to lively horns and the neo-soul inflected, jam band-style vocals of frontman Robbie Wulfsohn. Mixed and mastered by execs who’ve worked with the likes of Adele, Beck, Mark Ronson and Lady Gaga, this full-length debut is buoyed by bouncy lead single “Downward,” and the rest is packed with hooks so juicy they practically drip down your chin.
