As a former fashion magazine editor in Seoul, Gayoung Kim knows style. Add her Le Cordon Bleu pastry education and Flour Bakery experience and she’s a confection-crafting machine. A master at hand-painting, Kim uses edible petal dust to achieve fine-art effects, and plays with fun flavor combos like honey-lavender and matcha-vanilla that skip artificial ingredients and preservatives.
