After launching their boutique practice in 2015, nurse practitioners and LexRx founders Alexandra Rogers and Alexa Nicholls Costa are expanding their brand. In December, the duo debuted a line of beauty products designed to supplement LexRx clients’ Botox treatments as well as help customers looking to upgrade their skin care routine without injectables. “We embrace the look good, feel good, play good mentality,” Rogers says, “and we want our clients to be able to continue that philosophy at home.”

The company’s array of lotions and potions includes everything from a charcoal mask to a lash-lengthening serum and a nighttime cream with lavender and peony, but its newest and most notable creation is the Pucker Up Polish, which was released in January. The paraben-free lip treatment promises to hydrate, plump and color, giving wearers a pristine pout. “Our polish was created for those who are interested in a subtle enhancement, but not interested in getting lip injections,” Nicholls Costa says. Customers can procure the polish and the rest of the line at LexRx’s original Beacon Hill location as well as their just-opened Southie spot.
