Boston Harbor Hotel debuts this 3,800-square-foot suite in late June
> Just before Harborfest’s fireworks on June 30, Boston Harbor Hotel will unveil its $11,000-a-night presidential suite, which includes four bedrooms above the property’s archway. Guests can peer beyond the living room’s crystal chandelier for a look inside the iconic landmark’s architectural design or head to the 1,000-square-foot terrace for water views.
> Kimpton Nine Zero just finished a total renovation of its downtown digs, including all 190 guest rooms and suites—most of which now sport an Eames lounge chair. Penthouse frequenters have access to a billiards table and telescope, while all guests can peruse 1630 Boston’s wares or chat with the newly added in-house historian during Wine Hours.
> The former Days Hotel on Soldiers Field Road will transform into soon-to-open Studio Allston thanks to Robin Brown, who oversaw the Four Seasons for more than a dozen years before developing the Mandarin Oriental. Custom art will deck out the front entrance, 117 rooms and even key cards, and guests can dine at a restaurant with an outdoor courtyard.
