Ryan Novelline  loves fashion, with all the trimmings. Having designed for Gap, Disney and Diane von Furstenberg, the Lexington native moonlights with a line of haute-couture paper dolls on Etsy. “A part of me escaped to Never Never Land many years ago, possibly during infancy, and now I long to reclaim it,” he says. Depending on inspiration, Novelline, 22, draws about three to five outfits  per week. One of his paper inventions is a scaled-down version of his full-size “Golden Book Gown,”  a princess-style dress constructed out of childhood reads. “The original piece was all about fantasy, play and passion,” he says. “Just like the paper dolls.”
