The housemade link, classically seasoned with black pepper and fennel, stands out from the typical peppers-and-onions profile thanks to its combo of Italian and Spanish fixin’s: chimichurri, good olive oil, melted provolone and slabs of sweet piquillo peppers, all stuffed onto Clear Flour’s rustic Italian bread. Like Monday’s slow-cooked pork ribs and Tuesday’s meatballs, this sandwich sells out, so make sure to get there on the early side of the 11 am-2 pm block.
