But even nonresidents of the South End will be thankful once they try the thin, crispy pies, including the neighborhood with sausage, which taps fennel-zinged meat from Moody’s Delicatessen to balance the combo of ricotta, fior di latte, aged Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. With smoky and sweet caramelized onions and earthy mushrooms from Deerfield’s Mycoterra Farms, the flavor might have you plotting a move into Union Park’s ’hood.
